From the door to the last detail.
For the launch of the Paco Lorente x Paprocki Brzozowski collaboration, combined with the presentation of a new collection and opening of the designers’ new atelier, WHITE NOISE provided a 12-person guest concierge team.
With the experience unfolding across the atelier, exhibition and partner area, our role went beyond welcoming guests. The team became a point of contact throughout the space, helping visitors navigate the event and discover the story behind the collaboration.

Our team managed arrivals and guest list verification, distributed headphones and provided information about the collaboration, collection, exhibition and newly opened atelier. Throughout the event, hosts coordinated guest flow between different areas, supported the partner zone and managed the distribution of gifts and promotional materials.
