For the opening of Marek Bimer’s Oświecenie, a 17-person WHITE NOISE guest concierge team supported the event across every stage of the guest journey.
The exhibition took over more than 1,200 sqm of a former pharmaceutical warehouse in Warsaw, presenting over four decades of Bimer’s work through monumental objects, light installations and sculptural pieces. The post-industrial venue was conceived as an immersive experience where scenography, sound and light guided visitors through the exhibition. With a space of that scale and a large opening-night audience, keeping the arrival and movement of guests effortless became a production of its own.

Our team managed guest verification and check-in, wristband distribution, cloakroom operations and the flow of visitors throughout the venue. Hosts provided information about the exhibition and individual works, directed guests between spaces and supported them whenever they needed assistance. The team also handled promotional materials and gifting, ensuring that every practical touchpoint surrounding the exhibition remained organised, discreet and consistent.
Because good guest service works best when nobody has to think about it.
