To celebrate 30 years of Intimissimi, WHITE NOISE provided guest concierge support for the brand’s anniversary event at Pałac Rzeczypospolitej in Warsaw.
A six-person team managed the guest experience from the first arrival to the final goodbye, taking care of everything happening around the event rather than on its stage.

Our team welcomed guests, managed guest list verification and check-in, operated the cloakroom, coordinated movement throughout the venue and handled gifting at the end of the evening.
The objective was simple: keep every guest touchpoint organised, intuitive and effortless, allowing the celebration itself to remain the only thing guests needed to think about. Calm at the door. Flow inside. Gifts on the way out.
